Director’s welcoming address

Traditional Chinese Calligraphy and Painting  Museum is an important place  both for the cultural life of Russia and for the Russian-Chinese relations. Our museum gives a unique opportunity to learn more about China, its culture, history, art, to see and feel its extraordinary energy and deep philosophy. The Traditional Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Museum gives an opportunity to understand the care, with which the Chinese people treat their traditions.

I thank all our friends and partners for their help and assistance in creating this wonderful museum. I hope, that it will become another link in the chain of events, that promotes the unity of our countries.
